Grading System 

In Universidad Eclesiástica San Dámaso students are assessed either by written or oral exams or by papers.  The credit system is based on the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) in which one ECTS equals a workload of 25 hours.

    Applications from incoming students must reach our institution by:

    • Fall Semester: 15th June
    • Spring Semester: 31st October

    Please note that the deadline for incoming students for the Fall semester or the whole academic year is June 15th, 2022. 

    For those students coming in the Spring semester the deadline is October 31st, 2022.

    Documentation required

    In order to enroll in Universidad Eclesiástica San Dámaso you must submit the following documentation:

    If you already have a University Degree please bring the original diploma

    If you do not have a University Degree please bring your original document of access to the university in your local country.  Find some examples below:

    Italia: La Maturitá

    France: Baccalauréat

    Poland: Swiadectwo Djorzalosci Technikum

    Suiza: Diploma de Maturité

    Alemania: Allgemeine Hochschulreife (Abitur)

    3 copies of your ID or Passport

    3 ID photographs

    Insurance

    All students must have a health insurance and a civil liability insurance. 

    We highly recommend that they come with the European Health Insurance Card (for European students)

    Living costs

    Madrid is considered an average city in terms of living costs.  As an example, the Public Transport Card costs around 25€/month.
